The Peter Cooper Motor Group referral programme is open to existing customers aged 18 or over. A referral will be deemed successful where a new customer, who has not previously purchased or been to the Peter Cooper Motor Group for a service or MOT, is referred by an existing customer and goes on to complete the purchase of a vehicle or for vehicle maintenance. Referrals must be declared at the time of the referred customer’s initial enquiry and cannot be applied retrospectively. Upon successful completion of a qualifying referral, both the referrer and the referred customer will be eligible to receive a reward of up to £20, the value of which is determined by the Peter Cooper Motor Group. Rewards will only be issued once the vehicle purchase has been completed and any applicable cooling-off period has expired and will not be payable where a purchase is cancelled or refunded. Referral rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless otherwise stated. There is no limit to the number of referrals an individual may make; however, the Peter Cooper Motor Group reserves the right to refuse or withdraw rewards in cases of suspected misuse, abuse or fraudulent activity. The Peter Cooper Motor Group also reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the referral programme and these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice, and its decision shall be final in all matters relating to the programme. Any personal data provided in connection with the referral programme will be processed in accordance with the Peter Cooper Motor Group’s Privacy Policy.
